AI Opportunity Explorer

Where Could AI Create Measurable Value in Your Enterprise?

Answer seven questions. We'll show you where to start, what it will take and what to build next — scored by a deterministic engine, so the recommendation is consistent and auditable.

Which industry are you planning AI for?

How it works

Rules Engine First, Explanation Follows

A scoring engine and a knowledge base decide the recommendation. A language model may explain it, but it never gets to decide it; otherwise two identical inputs could produce two different answers and the output would stop being defensible.

The pipeline

  1. User inputs
  2. Opportunity taxonomy
  3. Business value score
  4. Technical feasibility score
  5. Data readiness score
  6. Governance risk score
  7. Implementation complexity
  8. Recommended use case
  9. Architecture
  10. DigiEdze services
  11. Roadmap

Questions

AI Opportunity Explorer, Answered Directly

How is the score calculated?

By a deterministic rules engine: business value from the problem and the function it sits in, technical feasibility from the behaviour you want, data readiness from the breadth and actionability of your sources, and a governance deduction from your risk and deployment constraints. The same answers always produce the same score, which is what makes it auditable.

Does an AI model generate the recommendation?

No. The taxonomy, scoring and architecture selection are all rules-based. That is a deliberate design decision — a recommendation that changes between two identical runs is not a recommendation, it is a suggestion. An explanation layer can sit on top of a scoring engine, but it should never replace it.

How accurate can seven questions be?

Accurate enough to rank a starting point and size the shape of the work; not accurate enough to plan it. What it does reliably is stop the two most common mistakes — choosing a use case by enthusiasm, and underestimating the governance and deployment constraints that actually set the timeline.

What happens to my answers?

Nothing is submitted while you use the explorer — scoring runs entirely in your browser. Details are only shared if you choose to request a roadmap at the end, and then only what you enter on that form.
