Your AI, Data, and Infrastructure in Your Control

Sovereignty is not the same as residency. Residency answers where the bytes sit. Sovereignty answers who can compel access, who controls the weights, and whether your AI keeps working when commercial or regulatory conditions change.

The Challenge

What Shifts When This Goes Wrong?

Data residency is contractually promised while the control plane sits under a foreign jurisdiction.

A capability the business now depends on can be repriced, deprecated or withdrawn by a vendor.

Regulated workloads cannot use a public endpoint, so entire functions are excluded from AI.

What we build

Sovereign AI Capability Grid

Sovereign reference architecture

Weights, vector index, orchestration and control plane inside your perimeter, with dependencies made explicit.

Open-weight model strategy

Models you can hold, inspect, tune and continue to run irrespective of a vendor's commercial decisions.

Air-gapped deployment

Full operation without external connectivity, including model and index update paths.

Portable stack

Kubernetes, open formats and standard protocols so the deployment is not re-implemented per environment.

Jurisdictional control

Data, keys, logs and administrative access held under the jurisdiction the requirement names.

Continuity planning

Documented answers to what happens when a model, a provider or a regulation changes.

How it works

Gain increased control over your data throughout your infrastructure, with a powerful stack beneath it powered by our seven-layer approach.

Technology

  • Open-weight model families
  • Kubernetes
  • Private inference runtimes
  • In-perimeter vector stores
  • MCP and A2A
  • dZGaaS

Use Cases

Empowering the Industries

Government

Citizen-facing intelligence operated entirely in-country, including in air-gapped environments.

BFSI

Regulated workloads served without data or metadata crossing a jurisdictional boundary.

Healthcare

Patient information processed inside the clinical perimeter with no external dependency.

Outcomes

What We Measure

Addressing the token trap, data flowing into public LLMs and cost burdens, we bring sovereign AI principles that enable organizations to control encryption, access, operations and the location of their data.

  • External dependency surface
  • Jurisdictional control coverage
  • Continuity under vendor change
  • Workloads unblocked for AI

Questions

Sovereign AI, Answered Directly

What is the difference between sovereignty and residency?

Residency is where data is stored. Sovereignty is who has legal and technical authority over it — who can compel access, who controls the model weights, and whether the system keeps operating when the commercial or legal environment changes. A residency guarantee with a foreign control plane does not deliver sovereignty.

Does sovereign AI mean accepting weaker models?

For most enterprise tasks, no. Open-weight models handle retrieval-grounded answering, extraction, classification and routine tool use at production quality. The gap that remains is narrowing, and it applies to a small share of enterprise workloads.
